I cant say enough great things about Mountainview Mortgage and the amazing staff and service we received & continue to receive. Anthony Spadafora has assisted my husband and I with out first mortgage and now our renewal, and each time it was such a quick, painless and pleasurable experience. Anthony and Carissa were always available to answer any & all questions as well as explained all our options in detail. They are always courteous, positive and just a pleasure to speak too. We always felt they had our best interest at heart. What was really convenient was the fact that we never had to go into a building to conduct business - everything was completed via email/phone. Honestly I'm not sure that a family member could be as concerned, personal, and reassuring. I kept wondering if the process should be more intense - it went really smoothly and did not feel like doing business. However, business it was - Anthony kept undercutting his own interest rates! At one point things got a bit uncertain about some stuff on my end but Anthony, Meghan and their underwriter worked until after hours ON A FRIDAY to make sure that all of the pieces fit. Super impressive and would recommend. Have recommended!
