It's the first time we have used a Mortgage Broker and Anthony made our experience quite stress-free and smooth. He answered all our questions and made us feel very comfortable . He is very knowledgeable, courteous and competent. He answered our phone calls and our emails promptly, even when he was on vacation. I have used Anthony Spadafora (and his Mountainview Mortgage team) for all of my mortgages for the last 9 years. He is fantastic. I decided to write this review because we had a change in household income due to an illness a couple of years ago and getting a new mortgage was much more difficult than it had been in the past. The advice he gave, and the patience he showed was spectacular. I would not hesitate to refer any friends or family to him.

We used Mountain View to re finance our mortgage. We are new to the home owner game and had no idea what we were doing. We also wanted to pay off some debt Mountain view was awesome. We had a few bumps along the way but they were awesome with explaining what paper work we needed and what I was missing. Also they were kind - there was a couple times i was panicked that i didn't know what i was doing and they were amazing at calming me down and explaining the quick easy resolution. Next time we will be calm because this experience was made easy by mountain view . we will 100% use them again. Also Anthony himself would sometimes call and reply to emails so the boss is defiantly involved and you feel you have a connection with the entire team. thanks guys we are happy with our experience

I was able to get better service and a better rate when working them compared to RBC. They were up front and honest about everything in the fine print. I would highly recommend them.

I have used Anthony's services as a client and have referred to my own clients, friends, and family. 100% of the time the service and advice provided was spot on. Buying, selling, or refinancing can be stressful, but the financial part of it doesn't have to be if you call Anthony first.

I've done a few deals with Anthony over the years and the reasons have all been because of his professionalism and ability to make sure my needs are met. It's one thing to get a mortgage and it's another to get a mortgage with favourable circumstances and rates that make your friends wonder who it is that you know on the inside. I don't know how he does it, but I do know that he delivers the goods and to me, that's all that matters! I want to thank you for helping me lock in a mortgage on my dream home which I know was difficult to do with my entrepreneurial endeavours and lack of Pay Cheque income but again, your years of experience and know how came through for me!
