Honestly I'm not sure that a family member could be as concerned, personal, and reassuring. I kept wondering if the process should be more intense - it went really smoothly and did not feel like doing business. However, business it was - Anthony kept undercutting his own interest rates! At one point things got a bit uncertain about some stuff on my end but Anthony, Meghan and their underwriter worked until after hours ON A FRIDAY to make sure that all of the pieces fit. We used Mountain View to re finance our mortgage. We are new to the home owner game and had no idea what we were doing. We also wanted to pay off some debt Mountain view was awesome. We had a few bumps along the way but they were awesome with explaining what paper work we needed and what I was missing. Also they were kind - there was a couple times i was panicked that i didn't know what i was doing and they were amazing at calming me down and explaining the quick easy resolution. Next time we will be calm because this experience was made easy by mountain view . we will 100% use them again.
